Quality Issues
A Quality Issue is a description of something that can be improved, in this case by DNV to its own operation. DNV welcomes such customer feedback that can help us improve our service and product offerings.
The page provides access to your own and your company’s Quality Issues, to which you can add new information and/or upload relevant documents. You can also raise a new Quality Issue to DNV.
This page can be reached from the relevant icon on the Home page or from the tab labeled Quality Issues ().
From this page you can also get an overview of Quality issues entered by your colleagues by clicking My Company’s Quality Issues.
Show quality issue details by clicking the number in the first column in the overview page. In the details page, you can add updates or upload attachments by clicking add in the details page.
In both pages, clicking new will create a new, independent issue.
