About this Help Documentation
This documentation is intended to help DNV Customers use eAdvantage: Your Customer Portal to DNV Business Assurance.
Please read the introduction about eAdvantage and how to use it efficiently before referring to the main menus or the section that describes the each of the main pages of eAdvantage. The How-To chapter describe how to do frequent tasks, while the What-Is describe terms and concepts that deserve definition or explanation.
A table of content is provided for use when read as a MS word document, but in web mode this table should be one-2-one transformed to a left-column tree-menu for quick navigation.
Like eAdvantage itself, this documentation is available in many languages, such as Chinese, English, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish.
Note that all help documentation is translated from the base language English, where updates are first introduced. There may therefore be a lag time before updates are translated and published to the other languages. On the other hand, translated versions may also include additional documentation or features introduced locally, so do not expect a one-2-one exact translation. Use the one best suited for you or more than one if you understand multiple languages!
